Theo Stamoulis has over 40 years experience as a valuer and has been in private practice for the past eighteen years. During that period he has carried out valuation assignments and feasibility studies for State Government Departments, Federal Government Agencies, Local Government, Major and Regional Banks, Building Societies, Trustees - Public and Private, and Professionals, including Accountants and Solicitors. Additionally, Theo Stamoulis has appeared as an expert witness in numerous court cases, acting on behalf of various clients. Valuations undertaken on behalf of private clients have been accepted by Westpac Banking Corporation, National Bank and Adelaide Bank. Further, the valuations are acceptable to the majority of Mortgage Insurers.
